24-Hour Cancellation Policy
An ELT Dynamics client that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ notice is given. You can make these changes by contacting ELT Dynamics directly. Clients will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
ELT Dynamics ‘Introductory Offer’ is eligible to new clients only. Any further or additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual sessions.
All sales are final. All Sessions and Classes have expiration dates, please refer to your expiration dates via your package purchase (Pack of 6 are valid for use within 3 months of purchase, Pack of 10 are valid for use within 4 months of purchase, and Introductory Offer are valid for use within 1 month of purchase date)
Payment for sessions is required to be made by the client on or before the date of the session. If a client has no session inventory, charges for late cancellations or no show appointments for sessions will be charged to the client’s invoice with ELT Dynamics under the client agreement. All payments are to be received via online bank transfer or cash only.
ELT Dynamics may offer discounts on sessions to clients who purchase a package of sessions. These discounts only apply to the number of sessions purchased as a group. Any further or additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual sessions.
